Welcome to Tatham’s Powerhouse Gym & Fitness which officially opened in Stapleford today.
They are a 7,000 sq ft private facility, owned and operated by Jack Tatham and Sam Tatham.
The aim is to offer YOU a World class facility, only currently available further afield and they want to bring that to YOU.
With years of experience in the industry, a passion for what they do and phonebook full of contacts to match this, Tatham’s Powerhouse Gym will never be a finished project. The vision is clear for them and the sky is the limit for the future, they will always evolve and give back.
The Gym.
The Gym will speak for itself and when YOU walk through the doors at Powerhouse Gym, you will see that they have cut ZERO corners.
The facility offers a 7,000 sq ft Gym Floor, Sunbed, Male & Female Changing and Shower Facilities, Posing Room, PT Area and brand new cardio equipment. Whether it’s Crossfit, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Lifestyle or General Fitness they have all bases covered. 50+ pieces of brand new pin and plate loaded equipment, tried, tested and approved by the best athletes in the World. Everything is designed and manufactured to the perfect spec. They have hand selected and personalised each piece of equipment, so not only does it give that personal touch, but also gives you the confidence that all equipment will operate and feel immaculate.
Covid Measures.
Covid measures are in place; separation of machines, hand sanitiser on arrival, members will be required to bring towel to wipe machines after use but Anti-Covid spray will be provided.

They offer free parking directly outside the facility.
