The Broxtowe Mediation Partnership is a confidential service run by Citizens Advice Broxtowe (CAB) and Broxtowe Youth Homelessness (BYH) for residents of Broxtowe. As mediators TMP offer free, impartial, unbiased support to individuals to help them explore ways in which their conflict may be resolved.
The aim is to provide a neutral and non-judgmental environment where all parties feel safe to talk through issues with a view to long term resolution. All our mediators hold the UK Mediation Practitioners Certificate.
All referrals will come through the central point by email mediation@ca-broxtowe.org.uk or 01773 768363.
Clients under 25 years of age will be offered an appointment with Broxtowe Youth Homelessness.
All sensitive personal data is strictly governed by the information assurance policies of Citizens Advice Broxtowe and Broxtowe Youth Homelessness.
Appointments will be held at a suitable venue from one of The our offices based in Eastwood, Stapleford or Beeston.
Some appointments will be held online due to current COVID-19 restrictions may restrict.
In addition to mediation services most participants will be offered free confidential advice from the Citizens Advice service on things like debts and benefits.
