The local Friends Group working closely with Stapleford Town Council have over the last 12 months transformed one of the large shrub beds in the square.
Working in partnership with the Council they have removed all the old and dated shrubs from the bed and replaced them with a combination of modern architectural shrubs herbaceous plants and traditional bedding plants.
The work has been very challenging working with the social distancing protocols of COVID-19 but has been very well received by the public.
