The Nottinghamshire County Council (Lower Park Street, Sandiacre Road and Wellington Street, Stapleford) (Prohibition of Waiting) Traffic Regulation Order 2022 (5315)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be, in respects of roads at Stapleford in the Borough of Broxtowe: –

1) Vehicles will be prohibited from Waiting At Any Time along the following length of road:

Lower Park Street, Stapleford (north-west side) • From its junction with Sandiacre Road in a north-easterly direction for 12 metres.

Lower Park Street, Stapleford (south-east both side) • From its junction with Sandiacre Road in a north-easterly direction for 10 metres.

Sandiacre Road, Stapleford (the north side) • From a point 10 metres west of its junction with Lower Park Street in an easterly direction to a point 10 metres east of that junction.

Sandiacre Road, Stapleford (the south side) • From a point 7 metres west of its junction with Wellington Street in an easterly direction to a point 12 metres east of that junction.

Wellington Street, Stapleford (the north-west side) • From its junction with Sandiacre Road in a south-westerly direction for 10 metres.

Wellington Street, Stapleford (the south-east side) • From its junction with Sandiacre Road in a south-westerly direction for 12 metres.

2) Vehicles will be prohibited from Waiting on Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm along the following: –

Wellington Street, Stapleford (the north-west side) • From a point 10 metres south-west of its junction with Sandiacre Road in a south-westerly direction to its extremity.
