When I asked at Council will there be further restrictions to the residents along Ilkeston Road in Stapleford I was clearly told NO, when I questioned this as phase two for Field Farm went to Council.
I was the only Councillor who raised these concerns for the local residents.
Before anyone says I live here, yes I live on Ilkeston Road but this doesn’t effect me at all.
So with that I am extremely disappointed to find out this information.
Have heard absolutely nothing what so ever about this from the two current County Councillors at Nottinghamshire County Council.
Residents in the effected area do not have dropped kerbs or the opportunity to park on the garden as the space does not exist.
Parking on Melbourne Road was badly effected when Double Yellow Lines went down along Ilkeston Road in the past.
This will have massive negative implications for those on Ilkeston Road, Rowan Avenue and Aaron Close.
