Broxtowe Green Festivals

Further to the success of the Borough’s first Green Festival held in Inham Nook back in September, we are delighted to announce dates for four more events in 2022.

23 April 2022 in Beeston, Roundhill School – co-organised with the Green Umbrella community group

18 June 2022 in Eastwood, Colliers Wood

6 August 2022 in Stapleford Pasture Recreation Ground – co-organised with Stapleford Town Council

24 September 2022 in Kimberley Hall On Wong (within the Big Green Week / National Recycle Week)

The Green Festivals are a fantastic way for residents and their families to find out how they can contribute towards the Borough’s climate change agenda.

Each event will feature interactive managed stalls showcasing what people are doing locally to tackle climate change and protect our green spaces.

Visitors will be able to learn from leading experts about Recycling, Composting, Climate Change, Wild flowers, Biodiversity and so much more!

All the events are free to attend.
