At the Annual Stapleford Town Council meeting held this evening.
Congratulations to Councillor Si Frost who was elected Mayor of Stapleford and Councillor Jan Goold who was elected Deputy Mayor of Stapleford for the upcoming civic year 2021/22
I handed the chain of office for Stapleford Town Council back this evening and I can honestly say I have really enjoyed my term of office. I would again like to thank Stapleford Town Council for allowing me the privilege and to the groups and organisations who invited me to meet them and see the great work they do, I also attended funerals, birthdays and opening of businesses during my civic term and I wish the new Mayor and Deputy all the best.
I am still the Mayor of Broxtowe which is a roll I am already enjoying.
