Want to join me in making a difference?

I’m raising money to support Shoe Aid UK, and any donation — big or small — will help make a real impact.

Thank you in advance for supporting a cause that means a great deal to me.

Why Shoe-Aid matters.

Right here in the UK, thousands of men, women and children are wearing footwear that is simply not fit for purpose. Around 280,000 people experience homelessness, with an estimated 10,000 living on the streets, many of whom have no shoes at all or footwear that is falling apart.

Shoe Aid is a national UK charity that collects and redistributes footwear through a trusted collection and distribution network, ensuring that no child or adult has to go without shoes. A simple pair of shoes can protect health, restore dignity, and make everyday life that little bit easier.

Back at it – and running for a cause close to my heart
I’m back lacing up my running shoes to raise funds for Shoe-Aid, a charity I’ve proudly supported for over ten years.

From today right through to 15th March, every single run I do is for Shoe-Aid.

I’ve also got some big race days coming up:

Saturday 21st February – my first ever 10k at Victoria Embankment

Sunday 8th March – the Nottingham City Run, starting at Old Market Square

Sunday 15th March – a 10k in Derby, starting at Pride Park

If you’re around on any of these dates, it would be brilliant to see friendly faces along the route — your support really does make a difference on race day.

How you can help.

Every contribution is hugely appreciated.

Thank you for the encouragement, the support, and the motivation — let’s keep moving forward together 🏃‍♂️💙
